We have a structured approach to identifying and pursuing ground-breaking R&D at Sentinel, aligned to our core R&D strategy of maximising the likelihood for target detection through combining a number of complementary sensing systems. This ensures what we do is relevant and offers potential for real advance in UAS operational capability as an endpoint.
Sentinel pushes the boundaries of what has been possible – focused on unmanned solutions which demand long duration or distance (BVLOS) of flight, where there is a demand for significant on-board payload and associated data processing/communication.
